Crafted by our cheesemakers at our Menomonie, WI facility, we aged our creamy, mild, and sometimes slightly sweet Monterey Jack base in a well-known Wisconsin Pale Ale. Slice it, cube it, cook with it—share it with friends, or eat it alone—there are no rules here.
