Whether we're cheering on the Green Bay Packers or the University of Wisconsin Badgers, game day is always more fun with a crowd-pleasing spread of Wisconsin cheese and hearty pairings.

For Cheese Board
 Sartori Black Pepper BellaVitano® cheese, sliced
 Hook's Ten Year Sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into pieces cut into pieces
 Marieke® Bacon Gouda cheese, sliced
 Weyauwega Smoked String Cheese
 Roelli Dunbarton Blue® cheese, sliced
 Celery sticks
 Salami or capicola, thinly sliced
 Spicy brown mustard
 Pickled jalapeños
 Pickle spears
 Pickled hard boiled eggs, halved
 Pretzel rods and cracker crisps
For Meat Board
 Grilled bratwursts, cut into pieces
 1 container (8 ounces) Widmer's Aged Brick Spread
 Salami, thinly sliced
 Pickled green beans
 Landjaeger and beef snack sticks
 Pickled giardiniera vegetables
 Cracker crisps
For Cheese Board

Arrange cheeses on serving board. Fill in board with celery, salami, mustard, jalapeños, pickles, eggs, pretzels and crackers.

For Meat Board

Add bratwursts to serving dish; place on serving board. Thinly spread brick spread onto salami slices. Top with green beans; roll up. Arrange on board. Fill in with landjaeger and beef sticks, giardiniera vegetables and crackers.

Any brands of Wisconsin cheeses can be used.


The amount of each cheese needed is determined on the size of the board you are creating.


Standard hard-boiled eggs can be substituted.
