Our delicious Cranberry Jack cheese, made semi-soft from fresh whole milk, is combined with our state’s other popular export, cranberries. The mild, mellow flavor of the Monterey Jack and the sweet tartness of the cranberries is an interesting flavor combination that can be served in a variety of ways.

Serving Suggestions
– Grated over caramelized onions and smoked deli turkey on grilled sourdough. Serve with a dollop of Dijon mustard for dipping.
– Wrapped in a tortilla, or between slices of your favorite whole-grain bread. Take your leftover turkey roll-up, sandwich or ho-hum Club from good to great!
– Toss a few cubes, along with smoked turkey or grilled chicken, atop a bed of romaine or spring greens. A few fresh tomatoes, some shaved red onion, a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. A satisfying, light and oh, so delicious lunch.
