Crafted by our cheesemakers in our Menomonie, WI facility, this award winning cheese has a long history of being a Wisconsin favorite. First introduced to the market in the 1970s we’re still one of the country’s leading Red Rind Muenster producers.

Muenster is a semi-soft cheese and ours is made from fresh whole milk produced by our 250 patron farm families. It has a mild taste and firm texture, which makes it especially delicious as a sliced cheese for snacking or on a sandwich. But don’t stop there try your Muenster in these creative ways

– Muenster melts like a dream. Grilled cheese, anyone?
