Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and ¾ cup butter to a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, start on low speed and gradually increase to medium, mixing until a dough forms with small, pea-sized pieces of butter. Slowly add the milk, mixing on low just until combined. Gently fold in the cheese and 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
- Using a spoon, place 2" blobs of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.
- While you wait, melt ½ cup butter in a small bowl in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until melted. Stir in the parsley and the last teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Brush butter mixture on top of each biscuit while still warm.
