In 2018, Wohlt Creamery in New London, WI joined our family as Wohlt Creamery, DBA Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery- New London. With more than 60 years of cheese-processing expertise, the New London facility specializes in pasteurized process cheeses where quality, consistency, and innovation are central to its culture. Serving foodservice, retail deli, and food manufacturers, the team is known for its ability to customize products to meet a wide range of needs.
Our Pasteurized Process White EZ Melt is a multi-award-winning cheese, most recently earning 2nd place at the 2025 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest in the Pasteurized Process Cheese category. These recognitions reflect decades of dedication to producing high-quality processed cheese in Wisconsin.
