Muenster is a semi-soft cheese and ours is made from fresh whole milk produced by our 250 patron farm families. It has a mild taste and firm texture, which makes it especially delicious as a sliced cheese for snacking or on a sandwich. But don’t stop there try your Muenster in these creative ways
